This is one big or should I say huge book on the sport Bodybuilding. It contains history, beginners steps, diet, loads of pictures and a whole lot more. Everyone should have a copy! it's basically a bodybuilding bible and a very well structured readable encyclopaedia for any level.

Arnold: The Education of a Bodybuilder

A nice smaller bodybuilding book which is also quite detailed with nice pictures and descriptive pages on excersizes for all levels. This book is also handy for carrying around with you for spare-time reading or even the gym.
